Curriculum is developed—and, where applicable, co-reviewed—with partner institutions, faculty, and practitioners. Partner input may inform programmes delivered in their environments. All materials remain subject to the Academy's internal academic and ethical review standards.
Practitioner access may require credential review through structured onboarding. Programme completion reflects verified participation in professional development pathways—not licensure or regulatory registration.
Certificates are issued after verified completion of programme requirements, including modules, knowledge checks, and reflections where required. Records are stored in the Academy system and can be verified publicly. Certificates may be revoked for misconduct, misrepresentation, or policy violations.
Key actions—approvals, certificate issuance, and administrative decisions—are logged to support transparency, institutional review, and governance oversight.
All faculty and advisory members disclose financial and non-financial interests that may affect their participation. Conflicts are managed through recusal from relevant decisions. Disclosures are reviewed on a defined cycle.
Curriculum is reviewed for accuracy, alignment references, and cultural relevance. Updates follow a documented process with practitioner and advisory input. Version history is maintained for governance review.
Practitioners and institutions may submit complaints about content, assessments, or administration. Complaints are logged, acknowledged, and reviewed by accountable staff; escalations follow a documented path. Outcomes are communicated in writing. See Support page.
